I have been in the customer service field for over 18 years; including Management positions. It has always been important to me to make sure the customer has the best experience possible when visiting the store.

I have been a seller on eBay for close to 3 years now and have excellent feedback. I have enjoyed the experience and continue to sell on eBay, both in auction and in my eBay store.

I have recently added a Buyer's Service, to aid customers who do not have their own eBay account. I purchase the item they are looking for from several online stores, including eBay.
